PERSONAL PLAYER CHALLENGE GROUP
Who may enroll? Any one who is enrolled in either The First Tee of Tennessee (Chattanooga & McMinn) Spring or Summer Core Programs may enroll and those involved in the Girls Golf League.
What is the purpose? To provide a fun way for players to apply and develop the golf skills and self-management skills while playing golf with others of a similar level of proficiency. It will also provide opportunities to apply core values, self-management and goal setting skills.
- MONDAY AND/or WEDNESDAY MORNINGS JULY 8 – JULY 31
- Players may practice before or after challenge between 8:00 AM and Noon
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM Ages 10 and older (Check in no later than 8:30)
- 10:45 – 12:00 ages 7 – 9 years old (Check in no later than 10:15)
You may enroll in both Monday’s & Wednesday’s ($40)
How does it work? Players will advance from one challenge to another as they meet skills and playing challenges.
Is this Instructional? No. This is an opportunity to experience playing, to apply core values, self management, course management and goal setting. Coach Kathleen will be with those facing the first three challenges. Then she will rotate among the groups to see if anyone needs assistance in the form of course or self-management. Other coaches may also be assisting. Group sizes will be limited. Players may ask for help and/or practice skills on their own for any time available if they do not meet their challenge.
